There's a lot of argument going on regarding Canon G1X video capabilities, so I wanted to confirm: You CAN lock the focus by using the manual focus mode and you CAN adjust the exposure (brighter or darker) using the Exposure lock function when in video mode. These clips are pretty lame but I think demonstrate at least these two capabilities.
