This video contains the necessary steps and information on accessing full video control on the more domestic versions of Nikon DSLR cameras such as the D3100 and D5100. If probably works on all but I've only tested it on these models. Please let me know if it works on other model numbers.It sounds quite long winded to perform these steps, but it's not. It's actually quite a quick process and obviously, you'd want to perform these steps when shooting in different lighting environments. It takes around 10-15 seconds of button pressing to get what you want our of the camera when you have done it a few times and the level of control allows you to shoot some perfectly exposed video with a great amount of latitude that you can utilise in the grade to gain a "look" for your film. ;)Any questions, please ask!
