I have had a number of Canon bodies over the years as well and put out plenty of professional work with them, but when it came to my architecture work or headshot work I have had my PhaseOne medium format in my hands 90% of the time.This is the first part of a multi-part series where I am going to get familiar with and start evaluating whether or not the 5DSR can displace my medium format setups or not.The 5DSR on paper looks great against my Phase setup:* 50.6MP vs 40MP * 61 focus points vs 1* Much higher ISO * Much faster shutter speeds* Long exposures of more than 30 seconds * 1/10 the costWith all that above it is going to be a hard task to move me away from relying on my medium format for the bulk of my work.
