I promise I'm not being sponsored by Canon! Haha. I bought one of their earliest entry-level mirrorless cameras about three years ago when I was just starting out as a filmmaker. To me it was like hitting a gold mine. Fairly inexpensive , but surprisingly good video quality and with the ability to have interchangeable lenses. I knew hardly anything about filmmaking back then - I've grown so much. in fact, I'm going in to my third and final year of Film School next year, and have learned a thing or two about cameras along the way.Of course, the EOS M2 at this stage is outdated by three newer mirrorless Canon models, which reportedly don't even hold a candle to the capabilities of Sony's and Lumix's mirrorless entries. Regardless of this, I still hold this little powerhouse of a camera close to my heart. I believe in this day and age it still has the capability to produce beautiful images and help tailor emotional stories. I hope this film is a testament to that statement. I know already, looking back at the first video I made with this camera, that I have grown so much as a filmmaker, and know how to get the most out of it. Enjoy! Let me know what you think in the comments.Music: Euphor by Novo Amor & Ed Tullett Lenses: Canon EF 50mm f/1.8 and EF-M 22mm f/2Edited & Colour Graded in Davinci Resolve
