In this video I'll show you how to disassemble the Canon EOS 50D camera to get access to the CF card reader. Recently I had a Canon EOS 50D camera which had a bent pin in the CF card reader. Actually the pin was not only bent, but pushed back. I couldn't reached it with a pliers, so I thought the best would be to disassemble the camera, remove the cover of the cf card reader, and repair the damaged pin.In this video I'll show you how to disassembe the camera, remove the main PCB where the CF card reader is to get access to the bent pin which I'll repair.The second part of the video I'll show you how to assemble the camera.
