Testing the Sigma 16mm f/ 1.4 autofocus capabilities all handheld at WALMART on my Sony a6500. Real world testing at the mall, it's such a wonderful lens and I wanted to make sure the autofocus was as good as they say it is. All shots were handheld, no post stabilization.Autofocus was set to continuous wide, aperture was wide open at f/1.4, 24p, and shutter speed was 1/50...a variable ND filter was also used to maintain the 180 degree shutter rule. All in all, after a week of playing with this lens...I have to say, it's worth every penny. It's sharp, the colour renders beautifully, (reminds me of Canon colours) and the build quality is superb.I think this is now my go-to lens for sure.
