Comparison points:1. XF10 has slower autofocus than the Ricoh GR II, but is more accurate.2. XF10 SR mode works fantastic, better technology than RICOH GR II3. If you prefer shooting RAW, get RICOH GR II4. You can own both cameras if you cannot decide (both cost ~$500 USD).5. XF10 turns on a little bit faster than GR II6. GR II is better to quickly toggle on/off the flash7.
