Gene Battin (c) 2016.My first attempt at an astronomical time-lapse movie shot using a Nikon D810a in time-lapse mode. Technical Data:Lens used AF-S NIKKOR 24-85mm 1:3.5 - 4.5 G set to 24mm @ f/5. Camera in M* mode. Exposure per frame was 5 sec. Interval per frame was 12 sec. Shooting time was 6 hours. ISO was 1600. WB set to Daylight. Movie mode was 1080/60P. Long exposure NR was ON. High ISO NR set to NORMAL. Picture Control was set to FLAT. Auto distortion control ON. Sky reasonably clear. Location was a few miles to the south of Bloomington, Indiana, USA. Precise GPS coordinates in movie credit section.
