So when I was first researching which camera to buy, cinematic test videos were really helpful in deciding which cameras had the right quality and overall look that I wanted. So after using the Canon SX610 HS for almost a year now, (and procrastinating making this video because of school) I figured I should upload some of the footage I have in case anyone is considering buying this camera. The zoom is fantastic for a compact camera, it works well under low light most of the time but still gets pretty grainy every now and then, it shoots HD video (which is why I uploaded this in 1080 rather than 720 like usual) and takes pretty decent pictures too.
