With a massive 7.1x optical zoom, 12.2 megapixel sensor, and the ability to shoot 1080p video, there is very little to not like about the Nikon COOLPIX P7800 12.2MP Digital Camera. Moreover, it's compact, easy to use, and is built to last thanks to its sturdy body. So is this the camera for you? Well, you should know it's not a full frame sensor and its lens isn't user replaceable unlike some pocket DSLRs. But aside from those two caveats, the P7800s is an excellent starter camera that produces crisp video, bright images and just enough manual controls.
